BHAYA PRANAYAM

Sit in comfortable position with back straight and breathe out as much as possible and hold ( Kumbhak ) the breath outside according to your comfort level , health and age . Do Mulabandha ( ) ,Uddiyanbandha ( ) and Jalandhar bandha simultaneously .When you feel it is too much difficult to hold breath outside then slowly breathe in or inhale and unlock all bandhas also. This can be done 3 to 21 times.
