BHAYA PRANAYAM
Sit in comfortable position with back straight and breathe out as much
as possible and hold ( Kumbhak ) the breath outside according to your comfort
level , health and age . Do Mulabandha ( ) ,Uddiyanbandha ( ) and Jalandhar
bandha simultaneously .When you feel it is too much difficult to hold breath
outside then slowly breathe in or inhale and unlock all bandhas also. This can
be done 3 to 21 times.
Shiv Sankalp ( Vow ) during Bhaya Pranayam :
While doing this pranayam think and feel that while exhaling you are
throwing out all the diseases out of body. Feel you are throwing out all pain
,suffering and abnormalities of body.You can also feel that negative emotions
like anger ,fear, hatered, revenge,greed, ego etc. are throwing out while
exhalation. This feelings will give more benefits to people

PRECAUTION
1. People with weak lungs, high blood pressure or old age should hold
breath during exhalation (rechak) as
less as possible because Kumbhak or
holding breath outside for longer time can increase blood pressure
